Software Review:
NetGraphics Studio
Part 1
By Scott Clark
Turn fat graphics into phat graphics!
If you're a typical Web developer, you're often called upon to accomplish tasks which you would normally never consider yourself qualified to do. Like the case where your boss needs graphics for the latest "overdue" Web page. While you may have used a graphics program before, your graphics were either too large to realistically use on the Web, or they simply looked amateurish.
What you need is a fast-loading tool which will enable you to shrink the size of your graphics, and compress your images without a loss of clarity. Enter NetGraphics Studio from Hemera Technologies.

Installation of NetGraphics Studio, (NGS) is straightforward, actually about as easy as it gets. Just put the CD ROM in the drive and follow the instructions on the installation wizard. No surprises there. NGS has two components--the NetGraphics Optimizer and the NetGraphics Gallery.
