The front page is quite long. You may want to streamline it, providing Company information on an "About Us" page.

Also, you may want to consider placing the "Log In" at the top of the page, rather than buried at the bottom of the l-h navigation menu.

Lastly, you need to research metadata/metatags. Your site needs some keywords for search engines.

I agree with KDLA on all his mentions.

How about placing Log-In and About to the right of "My Basket"

The "Hot List" is hard to read. I use 1024 x 768

If I were you, I would get a new picture of your employees. The sign in the picture is not clear. Personally, in agreeing with KDLA, I would get a separate about page. Then, I would place the group picture there. I don't believe that the picture adds anything of value to your marketing efforts.

I would shorten up the front page dramatically, putting items there that will draw the visitor to additional pages, pages such as: Specials, Cables, etc, etc, etc. A good menu would help.

Take a look at my menu system. I track counts on hits to various pages and it proves to me that people will drill down if pages do what they should.
