how to display a flash file

I'm trying to design a page in visual studio 2005 (asp.net). Can someone inform me how to display a flash file on the page?

Do you need some type of special container?

Go to http://www.flash-control.net/ and download their free tool. This will go into your toolbar in Visual Studio 05 and makes it real easy to add flash movies.
