well..there is this one (http://www.w3.org/History/19921103-hypertext/hypertext/WWW/TheProject.html ) but you can't blame the guy, that was the first one! hehe

It really depends how you look at the website,
either in an accessible point of view or an esthetic point of view? I tend to take both in mind, so your flash site isnt too bad, it looks not too bad and is not very accessible.
I've really seen worse

Technically, no. I can't see it, therefore it can't be.Will that is one of it's faults; it only works at specific screen resolutions.

Well there's 3 reasons it wouldn't work for right off the bat then. Javascript diabled, Flash blocked, and my browser never uses the full width of my screen. There's probably several others, but I can't say I'm very interested in bothering with the site to find out.

That flash site isn't that bad man. I just don't get the home page. Random fire in the middle of the page? I was waiting for something else to come up for a minute. And then I realized that nothing was coming up and it was garbage.

Well it took me forever to find out what the hell the company does, and I'm still not sure. It is a pretty awful site.

The design with that one is pretty apalling but at least it is fairly easy to use.

That really not that bad. At least one is instantly aware what the site is about. The only real problems are lack of design and a sucky tables layout.
