{Amar} Welcome to Microsoft Customer Service Chat. My name is Amar. May I call you D?
{DD} Hi, Amar, yes, please do.
{DD} I have a question about Outlook
{Amar} Please continue.
{Amar} I have not received a response from you in some time.
{DD} Is it possible for more then 1 person to use the same box, besides of sharing an account? For example, if I have doe@mydomain.com and I would like 2 employees, John Doe and Jane Doe, to use that account on their individual computers with their individual Outlooks in the way that they will share the SAME inbox and all that comes with it (sent items, etc)?
{Amar} What is your Outlook version (like Outlook 2003)?
{DD} yes
{Amar} Please note Outlook inbox folder cannot be shared between user accounts.
{DD} I don't need to share it between user accounts. I need to share it for the SAME account between 2 computers.
{Amar} Was Outlook 2003 preinstalled on your computer?
{DD} as a part of XP installation and everything else that came with Office products.
{Amar} What is the make of your computer (like Dell)?
{DD} HP
{Amar} Is your computer connected in a network?
{DD} Yes, it's on the network
{Amar} Thank you for the information.
{Amar} As a Customer Service Representative, I can assist you with the support options available with your Microsoft product. I recommend you contact your computer manufacturer for any warranty or no-charge phone support.
