Deleting links on other sites?

Hey ya'll. I have a bit of a problem. I found a link to my site on a page that is actually a returned mail notice (I found this by accident--I also found the page dated Sept 24,1998!). How do I go about getting this taken off? A little background, the guy who used to run the site years ago did the "mass email" thing and apparently this particular one bounced back and shows up as a link to my site. There is nobody to contact and I have no idea how to get this stuff off my link list! Anybody with suggestions would be great!

P/S BTW, any suggestions on how to get your link off ANY undesirable site would be great too--I've tried emailing (even Calling!)the said webmasters but they don't return calls or email (I guess they think I'm either sending SPAM or calling to sell them something:( )

Your only would be to contact the webmaster, unless you have access to the source code. Since that's not working then I'm sure there's nothing else you really could do since posting links (I don't think so anyways) is a violation. Only in certain circumstances could you order a removal of links on websites (such as the website promotes something your site is against)
