Quicktime video not working

Posted earlier on the html pages and got a lot of help but was suggested I try on this page for a bit more info.I have a site and I have pop up windows which automatically load a quicktime movie about 12-13 meg but when the pop up appears the quicktime doesnt play,it just sits there with a question mark over it.What do I have to do to rectify this problem any help would be appreciated.If you want to have a look go to www.riaindarcy.com/animation (http://riaindarcy.com/animation.html)

It played for me, approx. 30 seconds of the ball rolling over planks.
There was no audio. I was surprised that a 12mb file played that smoothly and quick.
Do you have something else there instead?
I have a 10mb qtvr file on one of our lure sites, photos plus a song and it takes 3 minutes to play.

Sorry I actually saved them as avis then put them through windows movie maker and greatly reduced them in size by saving them as wmvs and now that is what you say.Thanks for taking the time though.R
