If you're using FireFox browser: Tools > Options > Content > Enable Javascript.
If you're using Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Scripting : Enable

The proxy you're using is probably blocking javascript as it can be used to find the real ip address of your computer and defeat one of the main purposes of using a proxy.

So, either change the settings for your account / session on the proxy site you're using or don't use a proxy / that proxy.
