The answer is fairly simple use higher compression and smaller filesizes. There are other techniques like choosing the right colours and file format too.

You need to compress your file. I have recently found SWF COMPRESSOR-DECOMPRESSOR (http://www.dcomsoft.com/en/product/SWF_COMPRESSOR-DECOMPRESSOR/) by Dcomsoft (http://www.dcomsoft.com). It's free and good! Try it! It's very easy in utilisation!
