rotating banners that link

i need help with adding links to rotating banners...
i have the banners rotating already with a php i found. now i need to link the banners to their perspective website, but im not sure how to do that since the javascript on my website only calls the rotator.php. if im not sure which banner will appear how can i link them.

I dont know how does rotator.php works but it has to get the list of banners from somewhere. So whereever the list is, in it shouold be url for each banner. Try getting help from PHP forum!
