Alert Message in Asp.net using C#

I have designed a web page which will be displaying video on demand. In this the user will be given a user name and the password to view a particular page when the time is out i have to display an pop up alert message to the user in the right corner of the window.(like when norton files are updated it will be showing a pop up message the ur system is now protected) like that message i should display.

please help me out...............

You can alert the user using script in your application.
define script function and call them with the event you want
