Need Help Again Ty

HI ALL I DONT POST HERE VERY OFTEN BUT WOULD LOVE TO REDO WHOLE SITE FROM GROUND UP AND QUESTION 1. IS WOULD LIKE TO DO IT NOT ON TRIPOD AND SOMEONE TO SET IT COMPLETELY WITH MY IDEAS AT HEART BUT I DONT WANT IT ON ANYTHING LIKE TRIPOD OR EBOARDS OR ANYTHING LIKE PER SET UP THING SO HOW AND WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THAT ?
2. IS THERE ANYBODY HERE WHO WOULD HELP ME SET UP MY SITE LIKE I WANT IT WITHOUT CHARGING ME AN ARM OR LEG CUZ I REALLY NEED BOTH THOSE BODY PARTS AND WOULD KEEP MY IDEAS AT HEART ?
3. AND WOULD STICK AROUND TO TEACH HOW TO FIX IT IF I BREAK IT ? LOL
4. AND IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS IDEA CAN YOU EMAIL ME PERSONALLY WOULD TO THROW A FEW IDEAS AROUND SEE IF WE CLICK SORTA LIKE AN INTERVIEW TYPE THINGY

Well, first of all it gets difficult to read all of those capital letters... And if you're having problems making a site, eg, formatting, tables, colors, etc., ask a question concerning them preferably with a link to your site so we can see what you have. We're all very nice people here (I think, lol) but I'm not sure if we're nice enough to make a whole site for someone we don't know--without getting paid. lol ;)

But then again... You never know.

i either get capitals letters or lower case thats it never do it right to hard for me to do

but you made a comment that wouldnt do it free i was going to pay out cuz i think its fair thats why i asked if some you would email me so i can toss some ideas at you and see if you can help me before you just decide to do my site and i left me site addy in post
