Website Sizing

Am design a website in dreamweaver and the size of it is changes depending on screen sizes, so on mine it looks perfect but on others it doesnt fit on the page!
Is doing my head in!

Even thou you page is resizing you have to make sure it will fit smaller screen resolutions, so you want to make sure your page can fit 750 pixels in width or less.

The minimum resoultion you want to be able to have everything viewed in is 800x600. So as above, make everything display fine when the minimum width across the page is 750px. If you are doing a fluid layout same goes.

Cheers, much appriciated. Does this apply to the height of the site? Only my mate wants to see it in full on his screen, but can't but on mine is a perfect fit! Just seems I am having to design the size really small just to accommodate his monitor!!!
