Hey..

I was wondering if you could help me with sortin out my myspace layout? :confused: i think its something simple but i just cant quite work out how to sort it..

i'm trying to swap a background from one layout and put it onto another.. I want the rainbow background (all white and rainbow in the bottom left) and the box colours from the second layout which has a spotty background.. i managed to swap it but i either get the background blue apart from the ranbow pic at the bottom.... or i get the background white but the inside of the boxes also goes white!! can you help me at all to sort this cos ive been tryin for hours and its driving me crazy!! :eek: !! lol

...... and the spotty layout is found on whateverlife.com in the myspace layouts - in the first polkadot catagory and is the first one with blue boxes and orange borders...

i couldnt put the code in here sorry... anyone who could look at this and advise me i'd be sooo grateful!!

Its for webdevelopers, but even modifying a myspace is part of web development....

Stax, my advice is to learn html :

Then a lot of stuff would make sense. Don't want to learn, then don't expect to get anywhere.

Well thanks - and i know the site is for web developers but we all have to start somewhere and seeing as i currently know very little indeed i'm hopin myspace will start me off so that i can eventually build a fab website for myself and actually know what i'm doing.
i've tried to start learning more about html - thanks for the link btw.. im getting there - i just hoped someone cud help with my initial problem.. least then things wud make more sense to me.. but no bother - ill find out for myself...... eventually. :cool:
