Internet Explorer's TITLE BAR won't function normally

why did it happened?! My internet explorer title bar doesn't functioning normally..

okay.. for example,, in this website, the title bar should be
Webdeveloper Forum, i think.. But on my IE, it's title was "W" only.. where does the ebdeveloper Forum - Internet Explorer goes? Sound funny but why do i getting this kind of problem?! :mad:
hoe someone could help me ;) thanks in advance...

Open regedit navigate to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
If the string Window Title exists, delete it.

There is nothing wrong with the status bar; it's content is determined by the user's options.

heyy... i got it! i got the regedit
but the Window Title doesnt exists...
