CSS & Image Problems

Hi, How would i go about fixing this?

If you look in the source i have tried the css page src as both /css/front.css & css/front.php yet neither seem to work... Any ideas why?

Fixing what? The CSS seems to be loading fine for me. (Fx 1.0/ubuntu)
