Background Image - filter:alpha(opacity=90)

Hi

Can anybody help me with fading of an image placed in the background of a table.

I want the effect of filter:alpha(opacity=90) in the image in the background.

Any help is appreciated

If you want the effect... can you just fade it in a graphics editor? I think those filters only work in Internet Explorer, so a new faded image might be better.
