I want to create a site based around a rating scale. Yeah it sounds repetitive, but my scale involves -5 to 5. This means zero is in the middle. Catch my drift? Now it seems that PHP with MySQL is probably the best way to go, but any suggestions on maybe using ASP ASP.net?
Also, what exactly should I be looking for in the hosting plans? This site could be monstrous in the future as well. continuously adding things to rate from time to time. Just to let everyone know, it's not rate my whatever site. It's actually legit. Thanks in advance for any ideas you have!
