Looking for email blocking program

Can anyone recommend a program that runs on your PC which will download only emails on your friends list? In other words, if not there, automatically bounces it at server?

I've been using MailWasher Pro and like it, but still getting tons of spam!

I've writtten my own filters designed for the spam I get - open mailwasher, click on the tools menu, spam tools.
Click my filters.
Clcik add, and just create filters to reduce the spam that does get through. Test the filter first, and once you're happy it works then set it to perform the actions automatically.

I reduced my mum's daily spam dose from 1300 to 100 like that, and most of the ones that do get through are flagged as spam.

Most providers have spam/virus filters for mail. Check your Webmail options.
