I am looking for a webhost that will allow me to pay for its services monthly. Bravehost charges 11.95$ for monthly services. The rest of them, even cheap ones, ask me to pay for six months, even 12 months.
But Bravenet isn't exactly the best when it comes to service. I have heard their services may go down at least once a week for maintenance. Never seen it happen, but people says it is typical of Bravenet.
Is there any webhost that allows me to pay monthly? Just $11.95 or less. A webhost that allows me to use PHP or ASP, or both?
I know you have said monthly several times, but if you can pay every three months, BlueHost (http://www.bluehost.com) is $9.95/month. I use them and they have been very good.

I have used www.primehosting.co.uk (https://secure.primehosting.co.uk/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=106_0_3_10) for some time now, never experienced any downtime or problems at all. Payable monthly, and reasonable prices. UK based servers though. But could be worth a look in :)
No ASP hosting, all linux based cpanel hosting. so PHP and MySQL support :)

I use Host Gator's (www.hostgator.com) $9.95 a month plan. I believe they also have a $6.95 a month plan. They also let you pay monthly which is nice.

Yes, Hostgator has the billing cycle Monthly, in the baby plan.
That was exactly what I was looking for. I don't think Bluehost had a montly billing plan, but they were still a cheap host. Maybe I should try that one, or the english-servers host, if I don't do well with Hostgator.

you should have pretty good luck with HostGator, that is who I use as well, but I use their reseller plan so its a bit more expensive. But nonetheless, they have been great so far... if you get a friend or more then one to go in together on multiple websites the reseller plans are also nice because you can split the costs and each have your own domains.
On a sidenote, I can offer hosting for up to 500mb of space for a low price off of my hostgator account, your own domain and all!
