iframe problem

I've one problem in my site. I've used iframe as middle section i.e. main part in each page of the site. I had also placed hit counter on the iframe. But hitcounter doesn't increases when I refresh any page or even if I jump to next page. Therefore I'm unable to view how many visitors enter to view my pages. Did page having iframe doesn't refresh after opening one page? Please suggest me. Is there any solution for this problem? Help me out!
