on my site i have 1 form for visitors to send information to me, this area is called "request centre" which uses bravenet to submit. The other is "Solutions E-Mail" which is a login area.

But for some reason (i cannot find or work out) the form "Solutions E-Mail" is using the function of the form "Request Centre" and is sending via "bravenet" and not "everyone.net" which is required for visitors to login to there e-mail accounts.

The form worked perfect on my previous versions of my sites but now i have changed a few items it seems to no longer work. Below are the sites, one is where the form works, and the updated site where it no longer works.

WORKS FINE>> http://mysite.freeserve.com/stormrevolution/revolution_home.htm

DONT WORK>> http://www.geocities.com/monkejrq2/revolution_home.htm

Any ideas on how to fix this??? I'm stuped! Cheers all.

I expect that it's one of the 126 HTML errors on that page. See http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.geocities.com%2Fmonkejrq2%2Frevolution_home.htm.
