Server Differences

Hi,
I have uploaded the exact same code on to different servers and it runs perfect on a dedicated server but not on a shared mission2k server. Does anyone know how to get around this problem? the link that works is

and the link that doesn't work is
www.irishtrucker.com/js/latest.html
Can anyone suggest a solution or point me in the right direction?

The images are supposed to rotate i.e. after the set interval the top gif is moved to the bottom position and all other gifs move up one position. On the trucker link the images re-download on each move but on the hogan link they do not and not suppesed to re-download.

Can you suggest server settings that would resolve the issue?
The browser settings were:

'check for newer versions of stored pages: automatically'

I presume that's all the info you wanted from there.

yeah thats exactly the problem only here in sunny old ireland the general connection speed is 56k so the download problem is more of an issue.
I tried the changing the settings and nothing happened? do I have to restart the browser?
I'm not a server guy either so this is killing me!

ok, apologies for that but I had multiple browser windows open and I didn't want to have to shut them down unless I had to.
I tried the settings and it made no difference, did it on your end?

Thanks for the rewrite I realised it was a bit repetitive but I'm still getting to grips with javascript. This script still doesn't solve the re-downloading problem which I'm fairly certain is a sever issue at this point. Anyidea where I could get server specific javascript help?
