Quanity Discounts

I am creating a shopping cart through PayPal. How can I add a quanity discount (such as 1 for $15.00, 2 for $25.00).

I created the site with Yahoo sitebuilder and used thier shopping cart. But my customer wanted her customers to be able to pay thru PayPal without having an account. Well the only way to do this is to use a Paypal shopping cart. I created the first "add to cart" button using Paypals cart factory. Then edited the html for the other 58 items. It's a jewelry website and some items, such as the earrings, have a discount if you buy more than one. Yahoo was easy to set up because of thier catalog manager. But this being my first time creating a website, with no prior experience, it's getting to be a little of a challange.
