How to install PHP ?

Hello, i found pretty much all the code i was looking for. However, i need PHP and/or mySql. What does that mean exactly? Are they programs ? Where can I download them ?

How to install it depends on your server. Basically, yes, it is a program. You will have a directory you need to install to and you need to associate .php files with it. You can download the distribution of it from http://www.php.net/downloads.php
