Ok, I had this site up for review probably 6 months ago. I've completely redesigned everything. I think i'm ready for another review. I know of 1 validation error (on the main page), I'll fix that tomorrow. But please be gentle, I've pretty much had to reteach myself how to build a website. Before this one, my last website was in the 90's when all that was really around was html :/ anyway...here's the link.

I think you should take the navigation text and center it vertically and not just horizontally.

what does this mean?

If you've reached this page in error, please click the link below to return to our site.

Did I get an error? I got a form above it, and that below it. Was that an error?

Anyways on that page, You should have something on the right of the form, and move the form a little to the right, that page should also look like the other pages.

There is alot of white, I think you should think about putting a light gray background, either in the yellow box, or behind it.

Looks pretty nice otherwise.

Yea, I need to change the wording on that so as not to confuse people. I appreciate the advice. I'll work on that tomorrow

I agree with the Little Guy on the Menu. It looks OK in 1024 X 768, but in 800 X 600 the links wrap around. Either do a vertical menu or Make the links smaller so they don't have to wrap. Nothing wrong with a horizontal menu.

I would also suggest a change in colors to liven it up a bit. Personally, the multi colors in the Logo don't do anything for me.

Another suggestion: Next to the pictures, depicting the types of insurance you are referring to, I would have a short Bold header for each category. You don't want people to have to think even for a second on what insurance you sell.

I would also like to see the links all the same color and not enhance the background color when hovering over them. I think Changing the text to Blue when hovering is strong enough.

With a little work you will have a nice site.

you need a solid color background, and if you want to link the image at the top like that, it needs atleast to be dithered, and not look all jaged. If you need some graphics or a little help let us know.

as for the layout and design, it is a great start, i like it.

ITS THE WORST WEBSITE IVE SEEN IN MY LIFE! Haha, just kidding, it wonderful! I don't have any real feedback, which is probably good, because that meens it's straight and to the point. It took a bit of a while to load on my connection, but n a business like insurance, it's worth the time.

From an asthetic POV, it needs a lot of work. Basically any text larger than 12pt should be an image. Take the trouble to round the corners of the tabs (using images), if you plan to use that kind of nav. These things will make the site look less 'bargain basement' and will instill greater faith in the user. As it looks now very few people will be willing to trust the site, I would wager.
