I need the POP3 addresses (incoming and outgoing) e-mail for aol... I am trying to set up outlook 2000

You probably need to contact them. You could try a couple of likely ones, though, e.g. mail.aol.com and pop.aol.com.

AOL does not have POP mail.

You can use a program like eNetBot to grab your AOL email and act as a sort of POP3 proxy to it.
