Hello!

3 questions.

1) Can anyone give me some coding to create a message board or forum on my site.

2) Is it possible to have a small message board built in to the HTML and JS of the site without using a database? (i think i know the answer to that one but i'll ask just in case)

OR

3) Can anyone recommend a Free Forum Hosting site that i can link to?

You need to have a database, and a serverside script.

In the morrowind communuity http://www.proboards.com/ is the one most use. Sets many things up for you, and hosts everything for you.
