Problem with select

Hi Friends

I have two list boxes Category & Sub Category.
My problem is, when I select a value in Category, (based on the selected category id ) automatically respective subcategory values should be displayed in subcategory list box (or create subcategory list box). Cat id is the primary key.

Please help.
