OK, I just made a site, where visitors can submit riddles, pranks, and jokes, and I would like to know what you think of it.

Very plain. Plain is good but it could need a facelift with at least a nice logo or something.
A big minus for the ID search. How usable is that? And a submit button is missing. Although just pressing enter works, users are looking for the button.
The "here" links are a little too reminiscent of the passe "click here." Why don't you make the questions the actual links? That would be a better way of "teasing" the visitor to view the pages.
The black text on the bright blue is a little difficult to read. Might be better if the blue was softened.
Better titles, for all the pages, would be helpful.

I made a few changes using your suggestions, such as:
- nav text color
- "here" links
- Seach Button
A big minus for the ID search. How usable is that?
If you look through the riddles, pranks, and jokes, you will see a number, above it, and you can search using that ID number.
nice logo or something
I can't think of a good logo to use for this. The subdomain name is riddle, but I have riddles, pranks, and jokes. Any Ideas?
Logo - maybe a comic book-like character like The Riddler with D-top emblazened upon his chest? Might be a fun campy type of icon to have....

OK, I added a little picture, it isn't the best, but what do you think?

If you look through the riddles, pranks, and jokes, you will see a number, above it, and you can search using that ID number.
So far I see the search is only usable either for:
a) people who have read the riddle/prank/joke, MEMORIZED the ID number and want to look it up again easily. Not very likely to happen.
b) people who have 'heard' that for example prank ID#3 is good and go to the site looking for number 3. Unlikely, since they would probably get the direct link to the prank unless spoken in real life.
c) people wanting a random riddle/prank/joke by entering an ID number. Although to make this useful one would need to know what is the ID range. This would be interesting, but could be done more usable by just one button that generates a random number between your ID range and takes you there.
A little test: Can you tell what ID number the riddle "J.G and Benny the Brain" has without looking it up? Maybe you can because there are only a few available and you made the whole thing, but in general numbers don't stick to people's minds that easy. They would likely remember the riddle with words like "benny" or "brain".
Hope that clarified a little why searching with an ID might not be the best solution (in your case).
