I am a web developer, have been for nearly 8 years.
A year ago i decided to work for myself, since then my "enthusiasm" has slipped. To a point where i am weeks behind on a queue of projects and dont know what to do.
I have redecorated/organised my office, play music, take breaks etc.
Are there any other freelancers here and what do you do to maintain that initial enthhusiasm.

I find hunger and late rent notices work wonders :)

That did for a while, the fear of having no money and potentially ending up potless, why doesnt that work anymore? :(
You know when you get like this when you start to find the same porn sites again. :D

Sounds like you have two choices:
1. Find something else to do for a living that you find more interesting.
2. Force yourself to assume a disciplined routine: start work at the same time each day (just as if you had a regular job with a regular work schedule), and set a work quota at the start of each day and don't quit until you achieve it. (Occaisionally you'll have to concede that a given day's quota was urealistic, but resist that temptation.)

Sounds like getting these projects off your back is worth money, pay a third person to save you the effort. Never know, if you make a thread for each project, people on the forums will be able to do it for free.

I recommend a new challenge. Pick a language and take on app programming. That'll keep ya from getting stale for a bit, and you can still develop websites while you get better at it.

I personally find skinning and designing website templates better for keeping one's web skills up-to-par.

Well I guess time has come for you to become a project manager.
Outsource all your web development and programming projects and manage them and you might find it more rewarding than doing everything yourself.
