How do you install gimp plugins?
I am running WinXP home, and GIMP 2.2.11 something- the newest one I know for sure.

Do you know any place that gives a whole list of plugins for download so I don't have to search them out one-by-one on google as I need them?

I gave it a try, and it didn't work... Hmm.
I'm trying to install the Magiceye (http://registry.gimp.org/plugin?id=260) plugin.
