setting up the network::
clients:-
1.check windows 2000 professional is installed properly on all PCs.
2-check network interface card driver is installed and is working properly.
3-check the wiring is properly done and all the PCs are connected to HUB.
4.check the protocol is installed on all clients.
5.assign names to clients like CLIENT1,CLIENT2 and CLIENT3.
6.assign IP address and subnet mask and dns server IP address to allclients.
create computer accounts for all clients in the domain controller.
in fifth step,to assign names to clients like CLIENT1,CLIENT2 and CLIENT3.how?
