cheap flash

I want to make flash programs but i don't want to pay a lot of money for the program, is there any way i can get a cheaper flash program because i don't have $700 just lying around.

I use Selteco Flash designer (http://www.flashdesignerzone.com/), but it has a few bugs you have to work around.

youc ould just fnid a flash builder through google. although they still cost a bit of money. mayb 10 - 20 dollars US. however these builders are pretty easy to use..ive used a trial version before and it saves u from doing all the coding.
