Looking to create a feed similiar to Current Tv's

.can someone outline the steps involved in creating a feed like this:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/current

I'd like to create my own feed like the above, adding videos I find online, and then use it on my feedburner page. This way it can be used as an rss video feed. Is this difficult?

P.S. The link on Current Tv's blog website to the page above is an XML icon.

Why not just read the information that is on the web site you posted on how to provide feeds?

Okay, I've read what slaughters posted and an awful lot of other things but I can't find anything that tells me exactly how a page like this is made:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/current

It has the video player inside the feed.

Can anyone at all shed some light on this? Even the name of this particular kind of rss feed would be helpful in searching. Thanks.
