spelling is not one of my strongest skills
thanks, I will make changes
matt
- The logo is quite pixelated. The text needs to be set with a smooth anti-alias, rather than strong.
- I'd delete the "Welcome to" in <title>Welcome to Hotlemon Motorsports</title>. The Welcome isn't needed.
- I like the color scheme.
- I don't get the tan box on the right. My cursor changes over it as if it is a textbox, but nothing happens. You might add a placeholder, instructing the viewer to click on the buttons above it to view the headlines.
Good Luck -
KDLA

hi,
Thanks for your comments-
The logo has been troubling me, its a hang over from an older site, I will look at the logoover the weekend
the tan box is a text box that fills with rss feeds when the click the buttons above, does it need some "pointer" in it to explain?
Thanks again

Yes, that would be helpful.
Add a "bottom" to the page. My first thought was that I needed to keep scrolling.
Images didn't load on the Fun Stuff. (viewing in IE)
The yellow on the Shopping Cart is much more easier on the eyes than the yellow elsewhere on the site.

I like your website very much. I am trying to learn to create a website which has elements like your website. Can you tell me which software you used for creating your website. This information will be useful to me. My email address is brmolleti@hotmail.com. Thanks in advance!!

Hi brmolleti and Kendi,
The website was designed in dreamweaver, and hand coded to optimise, all graphic were done in fireworks and flash was done in well flash - my least flash site so far
I've noticed that the 3rd party images and video have had issues loading, which I'm reliant on thier servers delivering. I suppose the fun stuff is a mashup(?), need to find more content, and chuck in a comments section at some point.
Thanks for your comments - it really is appreciated, no major complaints (so far!)
Cheers - now on 2nd glass of red wine and looking forward to a long weekend

I first thought that the color was going to be too bright, but it is Excellant and with the Black text it is very easy to read.
Good Site. If you like classic cars, take a look at mine.

hmm, I dont like the menu being so wide with having the text aligned to the right. And then the content pages in the middle having no padding and is also too wide makes it too ....well, just too much.
I suggest having the menu text aligned to the left, or centered and then minimize the width a little. Somekind of a mouseover would be nice.
Then for the content, you could also make it a bit smaller and at least 10px to the padding
Also in the content, you are already providing to show your products without any introduction text. I think you would need it and then have a small preview of popular products underneath or something
In the products there are a couple of lines of text then it ends with ".....more. It feels like I want to click it but I cant. Not many people will know you have to click the picture to read more about it, especially when it is so far on the right side.
Also some of the text are cut, especially in the Seats section.
-----------
Thatīs my opinion on the first glance of it.... and please use a Capital letters in each word on the menu buttons and headers
Good work otherwise..

i've amended the rss feeder, added at bottom to the product listing pages, added a link to the more, put padding on the product listing and i'm working on the logo, so thanks everybody, a second opinion is great.

LOL, When I said Add a bottom to the page, I didn't know you were going to take it literally! But hey.. the text "Bottom of Page" works for me if it works for you.
The changes are looking good.
Good Luck!

Most sites place their copyright information, privacy statement, site index adn etc. at the bottom of each page.... browse the internet and just look at what others are putting at the bottom of their pages.
