Program for different browsers

How do I get my site to be viewed in different browsers. As it is now when opened in different browsers, page does not line up with scroll bars.

Web pages always look different in different browsers. The important thing is whether it looks reasonable in each browser. Easiest way to get reasonably consistent output on different browsers is to set up something that looks good on Firefox and/or Opera and then add some IE only stylesheet commands to tweak the appearance for IE.
