pan menu: flash?

Hi,
I am telling the true:
when I saw the 'pan menu' at the following website:
(home page, bottom right)
www.propellerz.at

I felt lost
I love it
I would like to use it for my personal website but no clu how to make it
I use flash and dreamweaver (no scripts until now)

anyone can help me?

Well thats flash for sure..may be some ActiveScript( I guess thats what macromedia calls JavaScript..:p )
