its just a reference website.....it tells the basic usage of html tags....
I haven't explained attributes!!!

Annoying Windows-like pop-up displayed as soon as I visited the site; it wanted to install a registry fixer. When I hit "cancel," I was taken to the vendor anyway. Then, my computer locked up.

Not good for visitors or for getting reviews.

For me I just get a notice that a popup was prevented. Otherwise at first I see just a blue bar for a few seconds, where the add is, then the whole page shows up.

This happens obiously many of you that you get popups and your computer locks up. So I wonder if most of you are still running Win Millenium or something.. lol

No - Windows XP with Svc. Pk. 2.

I disable my pop-up blocker when reviewing sites in order to see the site as the average non-tech. viewer would see them.

I have subscribed for two banner exchange programs, linkbuddies & bpath.
But i had de-selected pop-up ads in the settings... but i don't know why these ppl are displaying popups :(
btw i will check my settings in these sites once again. And one more thing i observed is sometimes the banner is larger than the expected size i.e 468 pix width, that causes second banner to scroll to next line!!!!
