website has crazy graphics! CSS to blame?!

Hi there,

I'm new here and have a very weird problem (never came across this before..)

I have been making a website for a friend which we had to legally download from his partners, but there are some very weird graphics appearing down the side and at the bottom of the site.

and what it should act like is at
http://www.wintechracing.com

This is just viewable in Internet Explorer but is very messed up in firefox..

Please help! I've been looking at the html code and the css code for hours now and still cant work it out. I can supply files if needed.
