CGI process script

I am making a guestbook and not only do I need to send the info but I am told I need CGI script to process the forms and have it display the feedback on a new page but I have no idea where to begin with the CGI script

The forms and Javascript are already made but I guess I need the CGI for processing..please help :(



Oh..and please keep in mind that I am a newbie when it comes to CGI so please do not fet too technical on me ;)
