Sir,
what you said is perfect but i have troubles. First I must say thank you for your reply.
I am having nearly 6 systems (5 programmers). I have net connection for only one System (Server).
So all the other 5 peoples just type their email in EUDORA and come to the server to send the email.
Instead of buying 6 pieces of MS OUTLOOK I want to buy a single piece which is to be installed in the server.
All the remaining 5 programers edit or create email messages in Eudora and come to server with email message they just typed so that to send an email.
Since we have MS OUTLOOK in the server first we have to convert mail created in Eudora to
MS OUTLOOK Compatible before sending.
As far as your suggestion is concerned each time i can not copy the PST file from the client
to send the mail. Because they have some other drafts also which is to be send later.
If i just export / import PST file then all the messages in that PST file is export / imported to MS OUTLOOK Compatible. IT IS NOT NECESSARY IN OUR CASE. WE NEED TO EXPORT A SINGLE
EMAIL FROM THE CLIENT SYSTEM and EXPORTED / IMPORTED so that MS OUTLOOK Compatible.
We are in a compulsion to by one MS-OFFICE for our office use and our clients use MS OUTLOOK to view the Emails. Also we are in a compulsion to send our Emails through MS OUTLOOK.
So please give me a good solution for this. Thanks in advance for your reply.

That seems a very complicated way of doing things, but I shall try and explain a couple of soloutions for you.
Do you really need an email client on computers that are not connected to the internet? The simplest way to do things would be to write the email text into a simple plaintext file and copy that into your instance of MS Outlook.
I personally would suggest using a network to share your internet connection as that is the easiest way of doing things I think. It is easy in windows and linux...
