Hello,

What's a good source of information on designing a Forum, like the one we are using here.
At my work they are starting to think about putting a Forum on their website, for the co-workers to go there and post questions for each other, and discuss different concerns.
I am wondering if this is a really big task to take or not.
I know HTML/Java Script/ASP, will I be able to do it.
What's a good source of information to read more about it.

Thanks for the comments.

It'd have to be server-side, and would be a lot of work if you wanted a threaded forum (like this one). Why reinvent the wheel? There are plenty of forum scripts prewritten, such as http://www.vbulletin.com/, which this forum uses.

Thanks for the comment, It's a good idea, although I didn't really want to make it very nice looking and professional. Just a simple interface, for few users... I thought I might be able to do it myself. But thanks a lot.

I made one with asp.net but its a lot of work if you do not know a server side language... I suggest going to phpbb.com
