Window resizing by keyboard

What keyboard keys can I use to resize (Maximize/minimize) an opened window in Win XP, for example, IE or windows explorer window?

alt+spacebar -> x for maximise, n for minimize

also in IE you can also press F11 to maximise and restore the page aswell.

F11 does Full Screen and out of full screen on IE not maximise (just to advoid confustion)
