Can anyone help with RTTL?

I need code to convert a midi file to a Nokia RTTL string or a hex code to send as a ringtone via SMS, i know scripts like this exist but can't find the source code to do this.

Also i need the same to convert a bitmap into hex to send as a phone logo.

You need the exact method of encoding for ringtones, bmps etc. Then you need some money. Give the money to someone, tell them the encoding, and you will probably get it.
