How can I get this "canned" "Freebie" menu to stay static when a browser window is resized.

Currently when the browser window is resized the horizontal menu moves with the window.

Any help would be appreciated

If you don't get any bites on your project, you could always post it at RentACoder.com -- where the bids on your project can get kinda low due to bidders also from India. ;)
