strange form problem in good ol' IE

I have encountered a very strange problem and have been told it seems like something to do with the css. Anyway, check out this page in IE on a pc and you'll see what I mean. www.theartistsunderground.com/main.php You can't click into any text input to enter text... what is up with that? the css file is at www.theartistsunderground.com/includes/main.css if you want to look at that as well.

it's as if something is coverring it... I can access it with the tab button.

I noticed that too... very weird... i'm still messing with the css since I have definitely pinpointed the issue... if anyone else figures it out first, please let me know!

ok, it's something than I origally thought and has something to do with my css working the div's... you can't select ANYTHING in IE the way I have it now...

will someone that knows CSS well PLEASE look this over and let me know what I broke?
