Expanding Menu

It told me to paste the code into CSS part of my html. I am using this code for a .php page and the navigation is included by a head.inc file. I don't know how i can enter this code into the head.inc file.

Put it in a CSS file and call for the CSS file from your head is my prefered way of adding any styles that are sitewide.
