Ctrl > Enter in IE6

I am fond of the control > Enter trick in IE6, and on another computer, it won't work. How can I get it to work?

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/autocomplete.mspx describes how autocomplete works in IE. Presumably if you turn off autocomplete for the address bar in the Internet Options/Content settings then it disables CTRL-enter as well - you might check whether autocomplete is turned on.
