Opera?

I am currently working on a web site, it looks great in firefox and IE, but am told not so great in Opera. How can I make sure the site functions properly in all browsers

Add some margin/padding to:

<h1>San Diego Active server Pages</h1>
This is being overlapped by the navigation bar in Opera.

You could also download Opera (http://www.opera.com/) and tweak the CSS until it works in all browsers. It is free!

And I agree. The best way is to download Opera (http://opera.com/download/) and test it your self.
